3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate information regarding their vehicle’s issues to ensure appropriate service and tools are brought to the appointment

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices for services will be quoted prior to the commencement of work.
• Payment must be made upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling can be done at no charge if done within the cancellation timeframe.
• BPR Tech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or mechanical issues with our service vehicles.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide a safe and accessible space for our mechanics to perform their work.
• Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle and provide access to the vehicle during the appointment.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location where repairs can be performed.

7. Warranty and Liability

• BPR Tech stands behind our workmanship and offers a warranty on parts and services as specified at the time of service.
• Liability for any damages or losses arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the service booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
